Today was a pretty good day. The weather was nice. I sold a scooter on behalf of my buddy. Did some work on the camper I bought at the end of September. Got a couple of decent little scooter rides in. Did a bit of yard work. The kids managed to entertain themselves outside for several hours. My wife made an awesome dinner.
It was a damn fine day.
The only pisser is my truck started honking Service Brake System at me this morning.
I’m going to drop it off at my favorite indie mechanic on Monday. I really don’t feel like dealing with this one myself. He can fix whatever is causing the evap code to turn on the check engine light while he’s at it.
Oh yeah, and my driver’s side step tube collapsed from rust. That was a pisser too.
Overall, still a pretty damn good day.
