Suddenly have access to a tier of said manufacturers employee discounts. Decent deal for sure, but to be honest the fact that these discounts are necessary for these OEMs to move vehicles is telling. - Employees...
You mean to tell us that one of the few unique benefits we get for working for an OEM suddenly means jack?... - Dealers...
Suddenly are required to move an excess volume of vehicles, which they didn’t want to stock in the first place, at anywhere from a severe reduction in margin to, at worst, a minor loss
So OEMs, for god-sake stop with this shitty gimmick. Just manage your dealer stock more accurately & maybe try listening to them every once in a while...
