There’s no reason for any Oppo’s to have heard of The Celibate Rifles or their lead singer and song writer, Damien Lovelock but if you have then...he’s gone due to cancer at the age of 65. If you haven’t...you missed a gold standard free spirit.
He was so much more than just a musician too. He was quite the soccer commentator and, apparently, a very good yoga teacher. He also very rarely shut up. But he was one of those few have-a-chat people that you could just keep listening to.
