As for why he didn’t pull me over? I dunno if he had better things to do, gave me a break because I was very safe & courteous with how I did the pass, or what. And yes, I’m sure it was a cop. What you can’t see in the video is the “IOWA - OFFICIAL” license plates, light bar on the rear parcel shelf, little trunk antennas, and cop car partition between the front and rear seats.
