Saw this come through my Facebook feed a few times. Apparently we had some mutual friends though I have no other connection to the kid. I hate to jump to conclusions, but based on the lack of helmet, excessive speed, and the fact that the motorcycle was the only vehicle involved , it seems like this 21 year-old guy was probably killed by his own feelings of invincibility. It’s an attitude that far too many people (mostly young guys) on sport bikes seem to have, and it can have horrible consequences. The poor family.
