Its actually better then the crap Italian sausage most meat departments peddle. No gristle, better flavor without the outdated grease backdrop.(full disclosure I did saute it in a “healthy” quantity of goat butter. Fullerfull disclosure: this was free from work, I dont buy vegan products but I would buy this with actual money)
