Found these c4 wheels on Craigslist, ended up paying $100 then another $50 in gas and snacks for the 8 hours of driving.
They are 17x9.5 +56 with 270/40/17 tires, the offset being terrible is okay because they will need hub adapters to fit on Lexus 5x4.5" hubs.
