Update : I have made it out. No complications, no extraordinary efforts. Very large though. Lost the external carotid artery, but kept the internal (the important one).

As documented here, about 5 months ago I was supposed to have a tumor removed from my neck. Then they fucked it up, and I’ve been patiently waiting to get the ok to have them try again.
