I generally try to avoid doing work outside of work unless it’s absolutely necessary. This weekend, I did maybe 30 minutes of work to schedule a couple interviews for today, Monday, because we only decided on Friday to interview these people.
This morning however, the hiring manager emailed me that he was rear ended on his way to work today, he’s fine, but his car is pretty badly damaged, and can we reschedule this afternoon’s interviews?
At least I did that work while I was chilling on the couch drinking coffee with my wife and our cats.
