Remember people, interior romex goes on the inside of the house.

Not the outside... Jesus Christ.

Seems the previous owner employed the lowest bidder type contractors. They ran an interior romex cable from the basement to the second floor on the outside of the house. Also turns out that this was running off a 20A breaker up until about a year ago when I swapped in a 15A breaker because the outlet was 15A.
