I found the video below while searching for the tune with the catchy bass line that popped up in my playlist yesterday. The song is part political statement, part creep show, and part tinfoil hat, with a dash of romance (?) thrown in. The video is a slam on consumerism and a commentary on the use of sex and violence in marketing. Others have taken the song apart and analyzed every verse, so I won’t insult them by replicating their work. Go read it for yourself.
