Awesome. Any advice? [Updated]

Noticed my washer fluid wouldn’t spray at all. Aaaaaand it’s frozen... What do I do?

A hour later after idling, and chipping with a studded rod, and some warmish water douching: holy fuck. The entire reservoir is just like shaved iced. I'm going to give it another 30 minutes but this is feeling a little hopeless now. 33F and dropping.
