Working today. Among other things that happened, received 27 photos and four paragraphs of sizzling texts from an incredibly (wow, I need a thesaurus) pissed off customer. It was a simple issue that turned into a dumpster fire with incredibly dubious liberties taken by some coworkers on one of my jobs... and some serious foot-in-mouth interpersonal communication from them as well.
I’m not even mad. Just nodding as I write up a report in an email and CC a bunch of superiors to let them know that—
