After reaching historic lows, they seem to be “recovering.” Recovering is an interesting word used for this, because if you’re trying to buy a home right now, or refinance, or whatever else, it is not particularly welcome news on the individual level.
In September with murmurs of the DOOMED economy, there was talk that they would tank by the end of the year. Now 60 days later, some believe it will continue to rise through the end of the year!
