Misadventures in plastics.

Cleaning out the kitchen and our flour container had seen better days. It’s the “square-grip canister” with snapping lid. It was a large boi, usually used as a cereal container in your childhood. So anyway, it USED to look like this:

But when I pulled out of the dishwasher, it came out like this:

So to recap: Rubbermaid, Kitchen Aid, etc: dishwasher safe. Snapware: not safe.
