One of these doohickeys.

This doesn’t really tick many boxes for me: I want a T100 (impossible to find) or a Tacoma (hell no I’m not paying 20 grand for a 20 year old truck GOSHDARNIT). But the 1st gen Tundra never leaves my mind because it always seems to pop up as a much better value. The crappiest part is that it actually wouldn’t fit in my garage (218" long with access cab). And this one makes even less sense, because it’s not a V8, it’s not 4WD, and it’s not a longbed to make up some level of utility.

On the other hand, that color is HAWT. And it’s [exaggerated air quotes] “lowwwwwww” miles, for a 2-decade old Tundra anyway. And it’s the V6, AND manual which means they’ll never sell it. So perhaps there’s a good deal to be had here?

It’s fun to dream.
