In 2018, I dreamt of one day buying a used LC500...

... Now in 2020, I’m wondering if far less extravagant — yet far more necessary — fleet changes will be required of me.

I’ve been looking up vehicular possibilities that would normally drive me to drink. Part of me is thinking about going back to my roots: a single-cab, RWD runabout.

I don’t what the hell I’ll be doing for a living when this all over. Or where I’ll go. Or how long it will take to find out. But I may feel compelled to reduce costs and free up some cash depending on the circumstances.

Boy am I glad I didn’t buy last year...
