[Warning: contentless post] I was hoping to contribute something car-related, but such did not come to pass.

Short version: I’ve been working on acquiring this awesome, DREAM vehicle for the past four weeks or so. At the last minute, the seller had a change of heart. So, I’ve nothing to show for my efforts. I was uncharacteristically optimistic and thought it was a done deal, so shame on me for having a little hope 🙃

Anyway, it was a big enough deal to me that at least one of my vehicles would have been sold shortly after the fact. So, oodles of new content is now lost to the What If Machine™.

Spinning this into a positive of sorts, I’ve learned that I am quite willing — and nearly eager — to pull the trigger on something else soon. But like everything else, it will take some time and effort to come to fruition, it seems.
