As this is a drive-by-wire, I was very careful not to force the butterfly valve open. I used very fine bristles to penetrate that small cavity around the perimeter. Stop giggling.

Anyone like my custom plugs for the coolant lines? Worked perfectly.

It was definitely dirty inside... whatever the part is called after the throttle body.
