I'm trapped in a new kind of car purgatory and I can't get out.

I was thinking of selling my car to free money up for a new toy, but I’m concerned I’ll regret selling it. Anyway, it’s not been a lucrative 2020 for obvious reasons — but the ITCH is STRONG.

Shuffling the fleet is the easiest way to free up monies and space. My wife was like, “Why don’t you just sell both and buy something really nice for yourself?” A great idea — but I can’t seem to part with either. Every year I’m like, “oh this is definitely the Swan Song for the longboi...” And then I wake up 7 years later and it’s still here! And it sits safely in the garage year round, ensuring an even *more* extended lifespan! Even when my wife’s car decided it hates my guts, the universe had given me a golden opportunity to splurge and live vicariously through my wife by replacing it. But instead I fixed it. Am I insane? Or not too insane enough?

Also my neighbor wants to replace our shared fence this summer so... That's more money not going to fun. Oh well.
