Made it from Austin to Lindsborg, Kansas in one piece. Really pleasant drive, and the weather is beautiful up here. Unwound at Farley’s Bar and Grill with a Tallgrass Brewing Company 8-Bit Pale Ale. Learned about Dorothy Lynch dressing, and had Irish sausage with mashed potatoes, sour cream, green onions and Guiness gravy. Mmmm. Off to Mitchell, SD tomorrow.
