Boeing has finalized a $4.75 billion deal to take a controlling interest in the aircraft manufacturing arm of Embraer to make up for pushing Bombardier into the arms of Airbus. Executives also announced that the new company would be rebranded as BROEING.

What this really means is that the bulk of airliner manufacturing in all sectors will be controlled by two companies. And Boeing also gets a share of the Embraer KC-390 that is currently under development.
