Got any big plans for the weekend? My son has a state marching band contest in San Antonio on Saturday, but I’ll be staying home and playing a Halloween symphony concert and music for a screening of The Wizard of Oz. I need to watch that movie. It’s been 40 years since I saw it, and all I remember is that the flying monkeys scared the shit out of me. It’s a tough score, too.
