This one caught my eye reading through the list of reported citations for violating stay at home orders in my state.

Sounds like the cop got an invitation to join in on top of enough other outrageous elements being in play that he threw the book at these two ladies. Clearly some fun was had writing up whatever the base offense further charges stemmed from.
