American’s now comprise the physical presence being prosecuted alongside Nissan. Michael Kelly was arrested alongside Ghosn and is under (heavy) observation in Japan. Furthermore, two American brothers purportedly responsible for Ghosn’s escape are being held in a Massachusetts jail without bail.
