The driver stated had brakes done on that axle the day before, was heading to his destination when he stopped at a rest area some ~120 miles away, did his walk around to find this, so we believe the lugnuts were never torqued at the brake service, which created the mess above.
Just do this.
Remember boys and girls, if you don’t have your lug nut key available, I gotta go looking for it and just may find your weird sex mat while I’m at it.
