29'er in a Dirt jump park and a new bike!

I was waiting to pick up a dirtjumper and out of curiosity rode a lippy jump line. The first and second go was no problem, the third go taught me how forgiving FS bikes are and how they can lead to bad habits. Nothing was injured or broken and learning occurred. I picked up a proper bike to do this with the next day so I don’t have any repeats. It doesn’t take much to over send a landing on a big wheel.

I also had a discussion with my videographer to kindly get my fails in a horizontal video and don’t cut away from the good part.

To fix this and learn properly I’ll introduce my kona shonky. Steel frame, single brake, 26 wheels and slack head angle. It’s going to teach me a great many things.
