Either no kid’s going to school tomorrow, or a whole lot of students are gonna get stuck in traffic or plain drenched. I mean we can live with it—college students here have been waterproof for seven years—but it’s just inconvenient to show up only to either get turned away or stay in class worrying about how high the bloody floods are back home.
