Very nostalgic going into a Family Video store to rent Jurassic Park. On the way I explained the PG of PG-13. Explaining that only parents are allowed to decide if their kids under 13 should be able to watch the movie. Annabelle didn’t want to wait 5 more years, so she is going to be scared.
Her least favorite movie so far is All Dogs Go To Heaven. When it’s late on the weekend and the kids want to stay up, I let them watch the movies I pick. They weren’t too fond of Ol’ Yeller either. The follow up Savage Sam was pretty bad. So much going on that was over their heads. And SO politically incorrect.
They did enjoy Toby Tyler and the original Benji.
