Sturgis 2020 - Officially Happening

I went a couple of years ago and had a lot more fun than I anticipated. I stayed at a friends house, avoided all of the truly wild locations and apart from a few boneheaded riders and....interesting, people it was a fun and relaxing trip. I’m not eager to go back (been there, done that, close enough that I can plan a trip to ride in the Black Hills whenever), but I wouldn’t mind going again. This year though, I’m staying far, far away and planning on a four day bike camping trip around northern MN with a buddy of mine.

Curious to see what the turnout this year is though, the 80th is a big anniversary, and while the stereotypical Sturgis attendee is not likely to care about COVID, with normal attendance numbers of 500,000+ there’s bound to be a large portion who aren’t willing to take the risk.
