Whats a decent rate for fabrication these days? Materials and labor. I want to make a simple piece of armor out of 3/16th steel, doesn't have to be anything super fancy, and I want to go in armed with reasonable expectations when I do talk to some local fabricators about cost to build.
Yes I know I should weld it myself but I have neither the skills nor time right now
