Here is the new discovery from Car and Driver at a Land Rover press event In Utah. And before I get into the vehicle I need to say: Thanks Land Rover for ripping up all the roads in the area...appreciate it.
I should also note that I REALLY dislike the looks, which was one of the things that made me forget about the quality issues from the previous 1/2 and 3/4. Frankly, I think it looks like a well polished turd with a giant metal diaper so bear that in mind.
Do I like that its much lighter, and that they still care about having a low range, but the new stiffer unibody sure looks to have effected the articulation pretty badly.
