Im SOOOOOO aching for a tour. Its killing me. The problem has been the weekends haven’t worked out, and also the weeks. Thankfully the cruiser is running well and back in action as the prime adventure machine...such as they are. Today’s taste of the touring life comes from a quick trip up to wasatch mountain state park on the backside of the cottonwoods in Utah. I like to go to this old place called “midway reservoir” which is less a lake and more a swamp, which suits this bull and cow moose just fine. Really neat to see this close.
bugs were an issue but we didn’t have the time to let them chomp on us too much.
a 3 hour tour is all it ended up being, but it was fun. Oh sidenote I took the hill again and was shocked that I got all up without a single locker (well, center). Genuinely shocked. very happy given the ruts are way worse than they’ve ever been. Didn’t even lift a wheel as far as I could tell.
