DOTS: Land Rover Series II (IIa - ?) in the 'Hood

I couldn’t help taking this picture after seeing a really nice little gem of a Land Rover in the neighborhood recently:

It looks like a very complete older resto, or a beautifully preserved original - not sure which. Land Rover experts, help me out - is this a II or a IIa? I’m thinking IIa based on the turn indicator/parking light location?

The interior is mint, with the exception of that sagging door trim and a little wear and tear on the seats.

I hope whoever owns it gets it muddy sometimes!
