Random round-up.

I’m sure many have seen the ARB Icons to celebrate their 40 year anniversary.

Of the trucks they have modified the GQ is my favourite (although I wish they had done period modifications for each truck, modern bling on an old truck looks naff).

There are better vehicles, in many ways. But I bet that it got to more places first than most. Plus for some, it’s just THE off-road vehicle.

MSO S3 trucking along. Interesting detour.

So, the in-cab footage from the Ford (anyone want to enlighten me as to what that camper is?) I see driving down normal roads he continually has 1/8-1/4 of steering lock on. As someone who’s first ‘overland’ vehicle was a Ford.

I can totally relate. Still want one (the camper, not another Falcon) though.

Harrops E-Locker are on my list for the 105. They have pimped this Ranger, looks, errr, pimpin... But as this is where the market is (ie; THE LOOK) I can dig this.

Not Overland, but a bit of Aussie fun, about the Tasmanian Tiger.

While we are on bikes, this is not recent news but (current Dakar 2 wheel champ) The Terminator Toby Price recently gave all other endurance competitors another reason, frankly just not to bother. I personally hope he sticks with bikes for a while, he can do 4 wheels later.

Interesting that truck is badged Mitsubishi, not sure what engine would be in that, almost certainly not a Mitsi engine. The only Trophy Truck I have had a good crawl around was a Toyota, which I initially though had a Chev V8 in, however it turned out it had a Toyota NASCAR engine in it.
