We have been out there...and we are going back today.

There’s much to see and plenty to do. Showers however have been infrequent.

In other news, the D4 had a cracked rear diff casing due to impact damage from either rocks in a creek crossing or a truck tyres casing. Loss of oil led to diff failure. No fault of the car. All repairs and other costs to be covered by insurance. Land Rover paying for vehicle transport. D4 itself is still in Darwin awaiting parts...and the true weakness of LR in Oz is manifested here.

A 75 series cab chassis ute is doing duty at the moment. It is a thing.
