I broke down and bought a new pedal assembly and throttle cable kit, because after the rod was fixed (the pedal itself basically), I broke the damned arm it attaches to. Technically for a 68-74 Nova or 67-69 Camaro, but it works damn near perfect. I don’t have 100% full throttle, more like 97.5%. Good enough, given the trans shifts at 4k under WOT anyway, and manual drums means going fast really isn’t a priority.

First road test went well. Only one bolt fell off! Found one at my grandfather’s popped it in, drove it around for 5 minutes and it didn’t work loose again.

Bringing a bluetooth speaker with me was genius. 60s Psychedelic rock is great for cruising in it!

It’s got a radio but no speakers. I can’t be bothered to put some in. I’d rather get a radio delete plate but they’re expensive if I remember right. That, or plastic and the rest of the dash is metal.
