Once they started locking down the state I realized I was going to be stuck spending a lot of time at home, so I bought a bunch of supplies to get to some of my house projects. Big on that list is upgrading the garage.
I ran new wiring for additional plugs through the walls, then added insulation to the rear wall (and as far up the side walls as I had supplies for), and sheathed them in plywood.
Some priming happened, but it has been too cold to finish.
The i re-arranged all the benches/etc. and added wall cabinets.
It is much nice in here now, and I have been slowly organizing everything so it will be easier to work in here.
This is the woodworking area. The table saw and its stand tucks under the bench for the miter saw.
This is the welding area. This pic is before I started really organizing here.
Welded racks for welding PPE.
Modified an Ikea cart to hold my grinders and other welding supplies.
I still need to organize and find places for the huge pile of stuff taking up an entire bay, but I can get a car in here and reach everything I need to work on it for the first time since we moved in last fall.
