That $3000 quote above is for some custom work on my company flatbed. I’ve done about 75% of the work already after turning down the fab shop, and my materials cost is at $400. Should stay well under $1000 by the end.
Next up is a minor bathroom remodel. New tub, vanity, sink, paint, modernize plumbing, and maybe some flooring if I can get away with laying something over the tiles that I have. Quote for that was ≈$23k.
