I had some super last minute travel plans, and my day-of booking with a Hyatt House property landed me an upgrade to a top-floor corner suite with vaulted ceilings and a wraparound deck. Room service hooked it up with a bottle of Crispin’s Honey Crisp cider and some surf & turf on the house. Good reminder of why I love Hyatt House properties, and Hyatt in general.
The cider is super fizzy, which I love. Lots of bite. A bit bland though, with the carbonation and alcohol masking the flavor. I’ll definitely be finishing it, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to grab another bottle.
