This development may not look like much, but it’s exactly the sort of property I hope to someday own. 12 well-kept townhomes—6 on each side—along one small gated street. I chatted with the property manager who lives in one of them, he said the owner is a husband/wife that started out by renting their condo while living in a bus. Now they and said property manager handle about twenty townhomes spread across four neighborhoods within the state.
Someday.
