Help me select a phone! (plz)

Alright after a couple weeks of research, I don’t feel like I am getting much traction, so I appeal to the phone/Canada nerds of Oppo to help me out! I need an phone!

I have Verzion Wireless as my cell phone carrier. I like that I usually have service when others do not, but don’t like other things about it. Either way, I am not looking to change carriers.

I am looking at traveling in Western Canada, BC and Yukon Territories, where Verizon coverage is nil. Verizon offers the option to roam on GSM networks internationally if you have a “world phone” that has GSM and CDMA frequencies.

The problem is I can’t find the right search terms to find a phone with the right frequencies!

Here are my requirements:

1. Android preferred
2. No more than $500 (used - Like New OK)
3. CDMA + GSM (See frequency chart for Bell Mobility, below)
4. Good camera a plus
