Went to the local junk yard for some (semi) emergency Jag parts. While hunting down my prey, I saw some tail lights that I recognized but also triggered the “NOT NORMAL” bit in my brain. (I mean... the car one... the regular one is always on...)
Pretty proud of myself as I immediately thought “Is that a Lancer wagon?”

I spotted one in traffic a few years ago. Wonder if this is the same one?
Either way it had certainly seen better days.
Also got the part I came for. Turns out the Jag’s dome light being out wasn’t as simple as a dead bulb....
New one doesn’t have homelink, but I don’t think I care enough to swap the hardware over.
Edit: ARG! New overhead console came from a BROWN interiored Jag, not a grey so the plastics don’t look right. Looks like this isn’t going to be very straightforward...
