I am prepping for trial this weekend. I haven’t done a jury trial in over 15 years. In my world, cost and risk make trials a thing to be avoided. But this is a unique situation.
The trial is in Monterey, which means a week of living in a hotel away from my family, which I am not happy about. I will not do one of these again.
