Office dog etiquette question

Toby is in the office today. My employees seem to like him. My bookkeeper keeps biscuits in her desk for him.

But I have to confess, today he is farting up a storm, and my office is strong with the odor of canine flatulence. One of my associates came in the office to talk about a case and commented on it. What is office dog fart etiquette?
