I want to put my vintage Celica mudflaps on.
These little plugs are in the bolt holes. How do I get them out? I felt around, and they are really wide in the back, and they don't turn. There is nothing you could put a wrench to. I may have to jack it up and pull the wheel, which I hate to do for a little job. I live in fear of damaging my chrome lug nuts.
