I like to hire people who are motivated to hustle and prove themselves, and I reward people who do well for me. I have promoted people from within, and I have employees who have dramatically increased their earnings quickly.
However, in the short term I am absorbing massive growth and I am under more financial stress than at any time since I started the business.
