Now that our long delayed summer is here, Toby is enjoying our mornings with my outside coffee time.
Yesterday was a horrible day. But now we take action on an appeal. So we deal with what is next. My son graduated from high school last night, but I hate those ceremonies. But I am proud of him and know that he is ready to succeed in college.
Our wet winter has led to a toad population explosion, which is an excellent development.
Today I move on to the next crisis. My client has 3 class action lawsuits pending. We settled one last year, but when the time came to pay, my guy couldn’t pay. This is not good for anyone. And there are 2 other cases. Friday we have a Mandatory Settlement Conference with the judge to talk about this mess, and my client refuses to share his financial records to show he can’t pay.
