Desperate play in federal court today - we will see how it goes.

I have to be in Monterey this afternoon for a mandatory settlement conference in a disaster. I represent two companies facing three class action lawsuits simultaneously. One settled last year, but due to business reversals, my client did not pay. There are lots of details, but suffice to say that both sides and the court are really unhappy about a terrible problem. I don’t know how to solve it, because I have nothing to work with.

Next week, we road trip to Oregon, with a side trip to Poulsbo, want to take Grandpa home.

I need this vacation.
