We went to the Oregon dunes and rented Polarises (Polarisi?). My younger son had a 300 cc ATV because he is under 18. It was very fun, including the part where members of our group got stuck. Mrs. IM and I were in 1, my older son and his GF each had their own one seaters, and we tooled around the sand together. My son’s GF was a badness driver, and made me proud that I gave her his old Subie instead of selling it. She told me that she loves the manual and wants her next car to be one too; she knows how to gain favor with thus family.
I have ridden the Ducati every day here, which made me really happy I brought it. It was about an hour ride up to the dunes with a chilly ride back in the fog. But all smiles. That Ducati sound really is amazing. I get giddy when I twist the throttle and hear it clear its throat. Today we head south to see some lighthouses and I think I will ride again.
